Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who we are. Loudmark (operated by [Company name]) is an online marketplace that connects advertisers (“Clients”) with independent content creators and influencers (“Creators”). Loudmark acts as an intermediary and campaign coordinator only: Creators are not our employees, and we do not control their content, opinions or channels. A campaign brief submitted through the site is a request for coordination services, not a direct contract with any Creator.
2. Accounts & eligibility. You must provide a valid email to log in and a reachable Telegram username to run a campaign. You confirm you are authorized to act for the business you represent and that your campaign materials are accurate, lawful, and owned by (or licensed to) you.
3. Campaign lifecycle. Campaigns move through the following statuses: Submitted → Awaiting payment → Payment verification → Paid → Approved → Live → Report. Creative approvals, scheduling, replacements and final execution details are coordinated with your campaign manager via Telegram (t.me/EyalMM). Until a campaign is Approved, listed Creators, deliverables and dates are indicative and subject to confirmation.
4. Pricing. Creator pricing shown after login reflects the current catalog and is subject to change until your campaign is approved and paid. Volume discounts and included packages are computed on the before discount subtotal at the time of submission. A price quoted in a cart is not a reservation.
5. Payments in crypto, irreversible. Payments are accepted exclusively in USDT or USDC on the Ethereum network. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible by nature: once broadcast, a payment cannot be recalled, reversed or charged back. Always verify the payment address, token and network before sending. Transactions sent in the wrong token, on the wrong network, or to the wrong address may be permanently lost, and Loudmark cannot recover them. Network (gas) fees are paid by you and are not refundable.
6. Refunds & cancellations. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (see /refunds). In short: cancellation with a full refund is possible before your campaign reaches Live status; once Live, payments are not refundable; refunds are processed in the same token and chain as the original payment, minus network fees.
7. No guarantee of results. Influencer marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Loudmark does not guarantee any specific views, impressions, engagement, conversions, sales, token performance or other results unless separately agreed in writing. Catalog metrics (followers, average views, engagement) are sourced from periodic data and are not real time.
8. Prohibited campaigns. Scams, impersonation, unlawful financial promotions and other illegal or unsafe campaigns are not accepted. Loudmark may refuse, pause or cancel any campaign that violates these requirements or applicable law, at its discretion.
9. Influencer substitution. If a listed Creator becomes unavailable (e.g. scheduling conflicts, account issues, or declining the campaign), Loudmark may substitute that Creator with an equivalent one, similar audience size and the same platform, at no change to your campaign price. Any substitution is coordinated with you via Telegram before publication. The campaign price remains fixed: substitutions do not entitle you to credits, discounts or partial refunds.
10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loudmark and [Company name] are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for the acts, omissions or content of Creators or third parties. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid to Loudmark for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Disputes & contact. Questions, complaints and disputes are handled by your campaign manager on Telegram at t.me/EyalMM. Please raise payment or delivery disputes within 14 days of the relevant event. For formal notices contact [Contact email].
12. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to campaigns submitted after it is posted.
