Privacy policy

1. What we collect. When you use Loudmark we collect: your email address (used for magic link login), your Telegram username, the contents of your campaign brief (campaign name, goals, website, selected creator services), files you upload with your brief, payment transaction hashes you submit, and, if you choose to connect a wallet, your public wallet address. Favorites, your cart and local drafts are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us until you submit a campaign.
2. Why we collect it. We use this data solely to operate the marketplace: authenticate your login, coordinate and execute your campaigns, verify payments on chain, communicate with you about your campaigns, and maintain records of orders. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
3. No sale of data. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers strictly needed to run the site (e.g. hosting and email delivery) and with your campaign manager for campaign execution.
4. Storage & security. Campaign data is stored on our hosting infrastructure; uploaded files are retained for campaign execution and record keeping. Blockchain transaction hashes and wallet addresses are, by nature, publicly visible on the Ethereum network independently of us. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, but no system is perfectly secure.
5. Cookies & tracking. Loudmark does not run advertising analytics or third party tracking. We use only functional browser storage (favorites, cart, drafts) and an authentication cookie needed to keep you logged in.
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA basics). Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents additionally have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion; we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA.
7. Deletion & contact. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact your campaign manager on Telegram at t.me/EyalMM or email [Contact email]. Note that data recorded on the Ethereum blockchain (transaction hashes) cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
8. Changes. We will post any updates to this policy on this page. Controller: [Company name], contact: [Contact email].
